Traditional dishes such as mezzelune with spinach, speck dumplings in broth, farmer's sausages with sauerkraut, and the sweet 'Kaiserschmarrn' are cooked in the South Tyrolean tradition, also mixed with dishes from Italian cuisine, as the South Tyroleans do at home. The results are always intriguing and very tasty. The ingredients are excellent and for the most part regionally sourced. Excellent local products are available, thanks to which transport routes are also shortened and thus the environment is protected.
